TranquiLiving will conduct a 2-3 hour Home Harmony assessment.
During this consultation, TranquiLiving will give you an assessment that will give you a fresh perspective of your home. You will gain ideas that will help you to create more warmth and order in your home. After the consultation, you, the client, will decide if you’d like to schedule additional sessions to achieve the ideas generated.

TranquiLiving will assist with the moving process by gathering boxes and packing materials, and sorting, de-cluttering, donating and packing the clients’ belongings. We can have your entire home’s contents ready for movers. Moving is a perfect time to get organized so that you don’t move with stuff you don’t need or want, and you’ll have your belongings nicely categorized for move-in. TranquiLiving will help you un-pack as well, placing all of your belongings in proper places, including setting up your kitchen.

When prospective buyers come into your home they are looking for a place they can visualize themselves living in. Personal belongings such as family photographs and clutter distract buyers from the positive aspects of the house. It’s also very important to make repairs and have the home in good working order. If there are glaring projects when a buyer walks in, they may feel burdened by the work needed, and they will also wonder what else is wrong with the house. TranquiLiving can help sellers clear out the clutter and arrange furniture and home contents in a pleasing manner, setting the stage for a quick sale.

TranquiLiving will assist you in property management of your vacation home.
If you own a second home or are away from your primary residence, TranquiLiving will check on your home while you’re away. We can water houseplants, check on mail and newspapers, restock your refrigerator, adjust the thermostat and water heater, and other tasks that you are not able to do.
